Comfort Foods

Lee and Pam have some fun with what they call, "comfort foods". These are dishes that everyone likes and that, when you eat them, make you feel just right. In this episode: meatloaf, clam chowder, macaroni and cheese, and chicken soup...but don't let the names fool you. These are special treats.

Let's Get Sauced

Let's Get Sauced - as Pam and Lee say, it's not what you think. We're doing real sauces and recipes. All are tasty and only a few involve actual alcohol - you know...the kind that you use "to taste".

Got Herbs?

Blast From The Past - we found tapes from a 2005 recording about herbs. It includes one of Sylvia Gruner's richly informational segments and it's worth a look.

Holidays 2008

Pam's brother Paul visits the set and offers up a recipe for the holidays. Lee and Pam prepare Duck o l'Orange and other side dishes.

"Holy Thyme In The Kitchen! ...what is that?", Pam asks as Lee brings in a squash to be used in a Thanksgiving Alternatives 2 recipe.
